PROJECT SUPPORT

The most thorough control of the designer, who directly develops the design project for the interior of an apartment, house, cottage and other buildings and premises for compliance with all the design solutions being carried out. That is, it is the control over the execution of works on the project implementation by the company by the contractor.

Designer supervision includes the following services:

Site visit (no longer than 1/2 hour)

Control visits over the correct implementation of the design project

electric wiring bindings (outlets, switches, electrical outlets), installation of lighting fixtures
plumbing layout bindings, furniture and plumbing fixtures
ceiling levels and ceiling elements
selection of paints for painting walls and ceilings
placement of wall panels and other wall decoration materials
flooring
door and door arrangements
curtain hanging and textile placement
placement of accessories and art objects

Telephone and other calls

consulting builders/ trade persons in regards to all designs and plans
informing the customer on the progress of work, on any related to the Project Control issues

Designer supervision also includes choosing, ordering and delivery control of materials, furniture, light fixtures, toilet and bathroom products, decoration items, textile.

Designer supervision does not include:

Responsibility for the improper performance of obligations by third parties
Examination of the quality of work performed
Fixation of hidden works
Verification of the functioning and quality of engineering systems
Coordination of redevelopment and engineering projects
Services for depositing funds on behalf of a customer to third parties
Acceptance of materials, furniture, etc

You can use a one-time (additional) departure, in case you need to consult a designer at the facility. But it is necessary to understand that one-time visits of a designer to an object cannot be considered as project accompaniment, as in the case of entering into an author's supervision contract
